It was our intent to construct a very simple, user-friendly website and we hope that was accomplished. Following are some basics in using the website.

To View the Ten Most Recommended Properties
These are shown on the front page and all you have to do is click on the link to the right to view the properties.

To View Properties in Other States
Simply click on the box containing the name of the state and all properties available in that state will be shown.

If You Wish to Email a Listing to a Friend
When you are at the listing, scroll down on the right-hand side and you will see “Other Actions” in a yellow banner. Below that click on “tell a friend” and a new page will appear. Fill in the friend’s name and email address, and then add your name and email address. Type in any comment you might wish to make and then click “Send Message” (your friend will receive the listing by email).

If You Want to Go Directly to an Item #
Click on any state and the page for that state will appear. In the top left-hand corner you will see HOME, BROWSE, SEARCH and CONTACT US. Click on SEARCH and a new page appears. Type in the Item # (using the three numbers only) in the Keyword(s) Search box. Then check the circle underneath next to “by item # only.” Finally scroll down and click on “Search.” The property will appear.
