Nevada Land for Sale
The State of Nevada probably has the widest price swing in what could genuinely be called “cheap land investments.” A large tract of acreage in the middle of the state for a few hundred dollars per acre would be considered an excellent cheap investment opportunity—but 100 acres of prime commercial land in Las Vegas or Reno for $100,000 per acre might also be considered a spectacular cheap investment (especially if the 100 acres sold just a few years earlier for $1 million per acre)!
No state in the union has fallen lower, or will eventually rebound higher, than Nevada. And history shows that more money can be made in recessions than in boom times!
